Hello Choc-aholics!
My name is Lloyd and I'm the latest addition to the Chocolate Alchemy team!
The first two weeks have flown by and I've loved every choclatey minute of it!
To learn all about our products I did a workshop with Dan and it was fantastic. I've never tried so many chocolates in my life, and that is saying something! I've never really taken much notice of where the cocoa is from and how this massively impacts the flavour and texture of chocolate and since my workshop I look at chocolate in a different way. I have also started to learn the techniques of how the chocolates and truffles are hand-made and a few of my bars are on the shelves!
Finally, with Valentines Day fast approaching, we have made some beautiful solid chocolate hearts (as pictured above). These are the perfect gift for a loved one and an absolute steal at only £6.95, hand-crafted, solid, Belgian chocolate.
