University 'Apprentice' Challenge

Loughborough University are holding an 'Apprentice' style challenge this week! 

Held on campus, stalls from both Chocolate Alchemy and Tom's Fudge (https://www.facebook.com/TOMSFudge) will go head to head to see which team can sell the most produce.

A Heart Full Of Choc...

Hello Choc-aholics! 
 
My name is Lloyd and i'm the latest addition to the Chocolate Alchemy team! 
 
The first two weeks have flown by and I've loved every choclatey minute of it!
 
To learn all about our products I did a workshop with Dan and it was fantastic. Ive never tried so many chocolates in my life, and that is saying something!  I've never really taken much notice of where the cocoa is from and how this massively impacts the flavour and texture of chocolate and since my workshop I look at it in a different way. I have also started to learn the techniques of how the chocolates and truffles are hand-made and a few of my bars are on the shelves!
